Working together is like starting a relationship. So, to help us get off on the right foot, and to figure out what you need, we need you to answer a couple of questions. You can answer these in one of 2 ways.

  2. Over a cup of joe and I'll buy (this is the preferred method)

Here are the questions I'll be asking you.

• What's your project?
  Give us a summary. We bet it's a good idea so really sell it to us.
• What's your timeline?
  Sometimes projects take time. Give us an idea of your timeline, weeks, months, no rush (this is the preferable option). If you need it ASAP, tell us, and we'll make sure it's done when you need it.
• What's your budget?
  I know that's a tough one, but we're beginning a relationship and trust goes a long way. If you can be honest about the number in your head, we can be honest about how we can work with you.
• Why'd you choose us?
  We're not being pushy, but it's nice for us to know what made you choose us for your project.

The best way to get this info to us is to fire us off an email.

Awesome, you sent us the email selling us your project. We'd like to meet over coffee if possible, to discuss the more specific details of your project and show you a rough mock up of the project as we see it.

Once we have all the info we need we'll draw up a proposal and an estimate for you. Once you have approved the estimate, and signed a design agreement, we'll begin work.
